The only good thing was the chicken and potatoes. Also my brother spoke with the owner and the manager to reverse the party room and when getting there they told me they didn't have one for us because of only 12 people I said no we have 20 plus people and then when my brother came they told him 15 people to have the room .he had the room already saved and then they pull thus .very upset.March 6, 2024Response from Pizza Ranch Monticello, MNHi Sandy, I am sorry that you are upset about your visit, but our room rental is very clear when making the reservation; we MUST have 20 people to reserve the room for a private event (door shut) anything less than that we will accommodate by putting tables together. Sometimes this is in the party room but that night we had another party scheduled for the room that was 30 people, so you were placed in the dining room for your reservation of 15 people. The manager that took the reservation was also the manager on duty, so he made sure to keep the information consistent.
