Ordered by phone, waited 25 min , went to pick it up was told "we don't have that order", ordered again waited another 30 min. No apology, or care for the wait. Very poor customer service. The food was dry and over cooked. I'll never eat there again! Horrible!

Customer service is always good. I like it when Mindy is working there. She always remembers that my mom likes the biscuits and brings out a couple for her even if they are not otherwise on the buffet.

Very slow in getting chicken out. Everyone must have been waiting for some as by the time they got thru the line, there was only a few odd pieces left. Took one of the odd pieces to find it was a small hunk of breast that was so overcooked that could not chew it. So went without chicken tonight as did not want the boneless bbq or hot pieces. The blueberry and apple/pecan dessert pizza was super fresh.
