We had Sam as a waiter. He was a very polite, nice young man. The food, of course, is always delicious! I was disappointed there wasn't any regular flavored ice tea.

Always great choice of food. I especially enjoyed the stuffing as the last few times we’ve been there it wasn’t available. Loved the mushrooms pizza as I have never seen it before

Tonight was the the worst experience I have ever had at the Hudsonville location. The front of house must have been understaffed because there was never more than one person in the dining area, we never had anyone come to the table to introduce themselves or clear plates and every table in the section we are sat was stacked high with plates that remained for the duration of the visit. At one point, someone did finally walk through the section, not to interact with guests or clear tables, but to check each table in case anyone had left a tip...priorities. If this is going to be the standard going forward, we will be happy to find somewhere else when looking for options to treat ourselves with a night out.

Pro...Everything was the appropriate temp and tasted delicious! Con...Pepsi products now (not good!), things I am missing on the salad bar are peas, black olives and eggs! Also there was no one removing our used plates.

The service was good but we weren't happy with some of the changes and the food.The pop is Pepsi and I don't like it. I love Coke. There is no more sweet tea and that is all my husband will drink. The mashed potatoes were not hot and people were made to wait a few different times. We have been coming here for many years. We loved it the way it was.
