- March 30, 2024Rating 3.0Seemed to be lacking of help. Help also looked pretty scruffy (I am old!) I ordered a chocolate chip cookie (gave me #12) and never did receive it after 40 minutes. Therefore I did not leave a tip.

- March 11, 2024Rating 2.0I didn’t expect the buffet to be so empty on a Sunday afternoon. There was maybe six choices that my kids weren’t a fan because there was either ranch all over them or their spice all over the pizza or certain vegetables, they don’t like the only thing we enjoyed the whole buffet was the cheese sticks. they never replenish the chicken so we each got one piece of chicken and that was it for spending $80 for five people to eat. I was very disappointed in our visit this time. The only other thing that was good about the visit was the staff was friendly.

Once we were seated our dirty plates continued to pile up because no one was clearing off the tables. We had two stacks of dirty plates on the table when we got up to leave. Also, I requested a pizza at the counter and was given a number, but they never brought it out to the buffet. My family and I were VERY disappointed with our experience at Pizza Ranch!
