Gluten-Sensitive Options

At Pizza Ranch, we recognize that many of our guests are looking for gluten-sensitive options while still being able to dine out with their families and friends. To serve you better, we are happy to offer a certified gluten-free crust. We have developed specific procedures to avoid cross contamination.

A pizza made on our gluten-free crust is prepared in our kitchen using separate sanitized utensils, baked in its own pan, and then placed in a box to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.

Pizzas made with gluten-free crust are available for dine-in, carry-out, or delivery (where available) but are not offered as part of our buffet or with Buffet Your Way requests. Discounts are not valid with Gluten-Sensitive Crusts. Please contact the Pizza Ranch Restaurant Support Center for additional information or talk to your local restaurant manager to learn more.

Gluten-Free Crust

All Pizza Ranch locations offer a gluten-free crust option in one size that is listed as one adult serving. These crusts can be topped with the sauces and toppings found below which do not contain gluten in their ingredient statements. Please check with your local Pizza Ranch on pricing and availability.

Allergen List (Contains Gluten)

While there are many things on our salad bar and hot bar that do not contain gluten, there are several items that contain wheat and/or gluten. Please avoid these offers if you have gluten sensitivities or wheat allergies.

We have prepared this list of menu items based on the most current ingredient information from our suppliers. We work to ensure that our items containing wheat products are known to our guests, but due to the nature of restaurant environment, there is always the potential of inadvertent contact with wheat products.
