We were the first customers in the door when you opened today at 11am. The person at the register provided outstanding customer service! She checked in a line of guests then was running around taking empty plates off tables. She also brought out our pizza our way order. Unfortunately, I don't recall her name. However, please commend this individual for an outstanding job. Please let her know her efforts were noticed and she did make a difference. People are often quick to complain but hesitant to compliment.

Walked out went to buffet multiple times no pizza no bread sticks. Young kids taking pizza from back to tables and counting tips. Won’t be back

We enjoy eating at Pizza Ranch because there are so many things to enjoy. The table busers at the one we go to do a great job of picking up plates and keeping the floors clean.

The pizza tasted better then the last few times I visited, this was at the GB East location. Dont know if a different cook or changed the recipe a little.

It was terrible. If I hadn’t ordered a special pizza I would have left only having 2 pieces of pizza. Pizza area was continually empty. Very disappointed
