I come to this restaurant like almost every day after work because I just absolutely love their chicken and cactus bread. The service is always great, the food is always fresh (even during slow times) and I appreciate being recognized as a loyal customer. Unfortunately today (Jan 24) the restaurant was super cold. I felt bad for the employees, but this time I brought my 2 babies with me and our food got cold super fast and I had to turn on my heated vest to keep somewhat warm. Tho unfortunately I stayed cold the entire time. So I didn’t stay or eat as much as I usually do because my hands were way too cold. So bummed about that.

They seemed short of help when we were there yesterday. We didn't get there until 11:30 and there was no coffee made. Finally we asked someone if they could make coffee. Our dirty plates piled up on the table and no one took them away. Also no one asked us if there was a certain pizza we would like made.

Food great although green beans were overcooked. Seating area was clean and Gavin did a great job! Only beef was there were flies which would seem to support that there may be unclean conditions elsewhere in the establishment since it’s winter outside.

Food was good. Pizza was exceptional tonight. The salad bar was excellent. I do not like the switch from coke to Pepsi. Dr. Pepper would be a good alternative if you had diet.

We love our local PIZZA RANCH and those we stopped at while traveling. Our favorites are the crispy, yet moist chicken, salad bar and of course the ice cream. We decided to order for our Christmas party through the Catering online. The order was ready for us at the requested time. Everything was perfect, except for the Garden Salad which was ordered in addition to the chicken pkg. As I said earlier we love the salad at the salad bar and thought it would be as described, but it was not like the salad available at the bar. Ours was just shredded iceberg lettuce with lots of tiny diced tomatoes and lots of cheese. (Suitable for tacos) Serves up to 15 people. Anyway just wanted to say I was very disappointed that the salad was not as described with lettuce, spinach,sliced cucumbers, tomatoes and cheese. I took pictures of what we received and what is pictured on the catering menu. Not even close. I could have bought bagged shredded lettuce from Gordon's and saved alot of money. Thanks for letting me air my displeasure I'll still order Catering but never, ever do that whimpy salad again

NEED IMPROVEMENT FOR SUNDAY 11 AM DINNER BUFFET, TWO KINDS OF POTATOES MASHED AND WEDGES ON THE BUFFET BUT NO CORN OR GREENBEANS HUGE BOWL OF SAUSAGE LINKS BUT NO DRESSSING THE BUFFET WAS STILL SET UP FOR BREAKFAST NOT THE 11 AM LUNCH TIME THAT I HAVE COME TO ON SUNDAYS FOR YEARS YOUR BREAKFAST BUFFET NEEDS TO BE CLEARED BY 10:45 OR 10:50 AM ALSO THERE WAS NO TEA READY TO DRINK WITH THE MEAL TILL 11:30 AM I HAD TO SETTLE FOR WATER WITH MY MEAL (NOT THE BUFFET THAT I HAVE COME TO FOR OVER 20 YEARS. THERE WERE ONLY 7 PEOPLE IN THE RANCH WHEN I ARRIVED AT 11:05 AM. AND FOUR WERE THERE FOR LUNCH DINNER NOT BREAKFAST BESIDES US. ALSO THE NAPKIN HOLDER ON OUR TABLE HAD ONLY TWO NAPKINS LEFT IN IT, I AM NOT PUTTIIMG YOU DOWN I HAVE ATE THERE 2 OR MORE TIMES A WEEK FOR THE LAST 23 YEARS. BUT YOU HAVE CHANGED AND NOT FOR THE BETTER. I KNOW YOU ARE TRYING AND FINDING IT HARD TO GET HELP. I WISH YOU SUCCESS BUT YOU ARE NOT AS GOOD AS YOU USED TO BE. IMPROVEMENT NEEDED IF YOU CAN DO IT THESE ARE TRYING TIMES.

Luv Pizza Ranch…..but sure wish you would “ “sweep the floors” throughout the day. We had a fork, a spoon & a plateful (at least) of food, napkins & ick under our booth. It was disgusting. It was busy, but really, keeping eating areas clean is a must! Thnx for listening.
