All the food was old when we got here. No fresh pizza or desert in the hour we sat there. Waste of money. Could have went to McDonald’s. It would have been better, cheaper, and fresh.

Cold food. Everything was old when we arrived. Sat there for an hour and no fresh pizza or desert. Old and dry. Only fresh chicken after asking for it and waiting 20 minutes. Only things that got restocked the whole time we were there were the potatoes, green beans, and fries. Waste of money when we could go to McDonald’s. And it would have been faster, better, and cheaper instead of spending $35 for 2 terrible meals.

Greeted with a smile. Asked if I wanted a special pizza made, but was happy with what was offered on the buffet. Chicken was HOT & FRESH & very tender & juicy. A large variety to choose from on all 3 food islands. Even treated myself to a small root beer float to go before leaving, even though i had to have my favorite dessert pizza of blueberry. That finished off a fantastic meal for both myself and my wife. The only thing to improve on is a minor decrease in price for seniors. Overall, VERY satisfied !!

I went online to confirm the store's hours and read that it closed at 9PM. We entered and paid at 7:32PM. Salad bar was half empty, lettuce looked terrible. Chicken was hard as a rock, looked like it had been out there all night? dressing, gravy was 1/3 full and looked terrible also. Asked about a chicken refill and got a "weird" look... took them until 8:15 to get new chicken on the food bar. The whole time we were there no new pizzas were added to the pizza bar. Looked like everyone's main concern was cleaning up and getting out of there. We were asked at 8:20 if we wanted anything else off the food bars and at this point, we just said no, we were done. Very disappointed... we drove all the way from Woodbine, IA to eat there as I had previously lived in Breda, IA and had frequented that store in the past with no problems. We perhaps should have stopped off in Denison, Ia. instead.... I spent $64.53 for a meal for 4 people, 3 of which were upset, one only ate the breadsticks, so she was okay with it. one other thing... we had to pile up our used plates 6-7 high and ended up setting them on an empty table twice, so that we had room to eat before anyone came and collected them. Not a very professional way to operate a restaurant in my opinion. Have a nice day.
