Franchisees
The road to owning a Pizza Ranch® franchise is an exciting one. Since we will be partnering for years to come,we want to make sure it is a good fit for both of us. It is for this reason, awarding a Pizza Ranch® franchise involves a number of steps. We will work with you as you move through the process.
Step 1
Review our Territory Map for available Pizza Ranch® development markets which have been determined by our expansion goals. If you are interested in a market not listed, feel free to contact our Franchise Development team by completing the Request for Information form and discuss some of the market specifics.
If you meet the criteria listed in the Requirements for Becoming a Pizza Ranch® Franchisee, we encourage you to complete an Application form. Step 2
Pizza Ranch® will review your completed application and a representative from the Franchise Development team will contact you. If preliminary criteria are met and you are a qualified candidate, a telephone interview will be scheduled. We will discuss your qualifications and business experience/objectives and you will have the opportunity to ask questions regarding Pizza Ranch® franchising opportunities.
Step 3
If we mutually agree there is potential for a good fit, a face-to-face meeting will be scheduled with a member of the Franchise Development team. You will learn more about the Pizza Ranch® franchising program and support. At this meeting, the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) will be provided and reviewed with you.
A credit/background check will be conducted.
Step 4
If a long-term business partnership seems feasible, you will be invited to participate in Discovery Days at the Pizza Ranch® Restaurant Support Center in Orange City, Iowa. You will spend a day interviewing and meeting with Pizza Ranch® executives. In addition, you will also get the opportunity to experience pizza restaurant operations first-hand in one of our training stores.
Step 5
Based on a decision to award a franchise, you will sign a License Option Agreement (LOA) for the mutually agreed upon development area(s) and pay a deposit towards the Franchise Fee.
As you move into the site selection and construction phase, the Pizza Ranch® team will guide you with their expertise in determining the successful restaurant location within the market.
